Very simply stated, if you want to know if your inspector is any good, then
look at their report. It is like a report card. After you read 4 separate
inspector's reports you will know which inspector you want on your side. It
will be as clear as the sky is blue.
If you select your inspector based on price, then you can expect to receive comparable results tied very close to the fee you pay. I often use the comparison. If you needed a heart surgeon, would you be shopping price? Your home is the most expensive investment you will make. Don't take short cuts on your property inspector.
